BMX BIKE HELMETS SOLD AT TOYS R US 03/28/13 The Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall of Bell Full Throttle Bike Helmets sold at Toys R Us. The
buckle on the helmet's safety strap can release in an accident and
allow the helmet to fall off the rider, posing a risk of head injury.

SALSA CYCLES BICYCLE RACK 05/11/2012 The Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall of about 1,100 minimalist bicycle racks due to defects in the mounting straps. Manufactured by Salsa Cycles, the company said the l-shaped straps used to attach the rack to the front of the bike can break and fall off during use, posing a fall risk to the rider. There have been two reports of straps breaking and causing minor injuries from falls.
SHIMANO HANDLEBARS 02/21/2012 The Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada have announced a recall of approximately 300 mountain bicycle handlebars due to fall hazards. The agencies found that the bolts holding the handlebars together can come loose while riding and can cause riders to lose control and fall.
